Due to continued growth the business is currently handling more enquiries and live deals than ever before. As a result of this growth, a new opportunity has arisen for an Administration Manager to join the team in Bolton
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the Administration team responsible for providing Client Onboarding, AML Compliance and general Admin support to the Operations team.
Working alongside the Operations Manager and Directors to ensure the Administration team fully supports the activities of the Operations team.
Hiring, training and supporting staff as well as conducting regular performance appraisals and both monthly and quarterly reviews.
Overseeing daily operations and setting performance objectives for all team members, including managing workload and allocation.
Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory procedures.
Ensuring the teams knowledge and training is up to date, working closely with the internal training team to support any areas identified for further development.
Work as a conduit between the Employees and Senior Management, sharing insights that may help shape the future direction of the business.
Respond to Trustpilot reviews in a timely manner, with a view to maintaining our ‘Excellent’ rating.
Requirements:
People manager, with the ability to effectively lead and manage a growing team
The ideal applicant will have Administration Management experience and the ability to implement efficient operational processes
Good attention to detail
Analytical mindset, with a solution driven approach to problems
Exceptional communication skills
