The Role:
This is not a passive customer service role.
You’ll be the first point of contact for business owners considering a sale of their business, quickly qualifying opportunities and booking high-value appointments (face-to-face and via Microsoft Teams) for our Commercial Directors.
Your success is measured on quality conversations, qualified opportunities, and appointments that convert.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Taking ownership of inbound enquiries and converting them into qualified opportunities
Proactively calling and following up with warm leads
Asking the right questions to uncover intent, motivation, and suitability
Booking and coordinating high-quality meetings for Commercial Directors
Positioning the value of progressing to a senior-level consultation
Managing your pipeline and activity through CRM
Working closely with people who have experience of doing the same role to maximise conversion rates
