K3 Advisory Group - Salesforce Administrator
Role Purpose
K3 Advisory Group is seeking its first Salesforce Administrator to play a pivotal role in the continued development, adoption and governance of the Group's Salesforce ecosystem. This is a high-impact appointment that will help establish the operational foundations, administration standards and scalable platform practices needed to support business growth.
Working closely with the Project Team and wider business stakeholders, the Salesforce Administrator will help ensure Salesforce remains stable, well-governed and fit for purpose as the platform expands across the organisation. The role will combine day-to-day administration with continuous improvement, user enablement, data quality oversight and support for the ongoing evolution of the Group's Salesforce capability.
As K3 continues to invest in digital transformation, automation and scalable operating models, this role will be instrumental in turning Salesforce into a well-managed business platform that supports efficiency, insight and service excellence across a growing and diverse group structure.
Position Summary
This role is responsible for the administration, support and optimisation of the Salesforce platform across K3. Reporting to the Head of Software Development, the postholder will act as the internal owner of core administrative activity, ensuring the platform is configured effectively, users are supported appropriately, and changes are delivered in a controlled and sustainable way.
As the first dedicated Salesforce Administrator in the company, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape ways of working, define good practice and create a reliable operating model for platform management. They will also play an important supporting role to the Project Team in the continued expansion of the Salesforce ecosystem, working closely with a contract Salesforce Architect and helping translate business requirements into practical platform improvements and ensuring new functionality is embedded effectively.
Key Responsibilities

Help improve user confidence and adoption through responsive support, practical guidance and training materials.
Support for Platform Expansion — Work alongside the Project Team to support the ongoing rollout, enhancement and extension of Salesforce capabilities across K3. Assist with business analysis, testing, release readiness, configuration changes and the embedding of new features into operational teams.
Data Quality and Governance — Promote high standards of data integrity, consistency and governance across the platform. Support the development of controls, validation rules, housekeeping processes and reporting disciplines that improve trust in Salesforce data and support better business decision-making.
Change Control and Continuous Improvement — Support a structured and well-governed approach to change within Salesforce. Evaluate enhancement requests, help prioritise improvement opportunities, document configurations and processes, and contribute to a roadmap that balances pace of delivery with platform stability and maintainability.
