We are looking for an expert Technical SEO Manager to own and deliver the technical SEO roadmap within the SEO & Performance function at K3 Advisory Group. This role is aligned to our Kuala Lumpur office on a hybrid workstyle, engaging with colleagues locally and in the UK.

You will be responsible for site health, crawl management, architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema, JavaScript SEO, and platform governance across K3's web estate.

Working closely with development teams, the UX Designer, Website Business Analyst, and performance leads, you will ensure the technical foundation is optimised for organic growth, search engine efficiency, and AI/LLM visibility.

• Technical delivery: annual roadmap, technical SEO standards, debt register, bi-weekly sprint optimisation plans.

• Crawling & indexation management: crawl budget optimisation, indexation plan, canonicalisation governance, robots.txt management, XML sitemap governance, duplicate content management, parameter handling, faceted navigation management.

• Web architecture & internal linking: information architecture, internal linking framework, taxonomy design, hub-and-spoke models, URL strategy, site hierarchy optimisation.

• Core Web Vitals: performance audits, code optimisation recommendations, image optimisation, JavaScript performance reviews, third-party script governance.

• JavaScript SEO & rendering: JS rendering audits, server-side rendering improvements, dynamic rendering reviews, hydration analysis, framework optimisation.

• Schema & entity optimisation: schema implementation, entity optimisation, knowledge graph alignment, rich result eligibility, AI search optimisation for schemas - organisation, article, FAQ, service, review, event, person & breadcrumb.

• SEO platform & CMS governance: CMS SEO requirements, release testing, QA playbook management, technical sign-off, SEO acceptance criteria.

• Track algorithm changes across Google, Bing and LLMs, ensuring the technical SEO roadmap mitigates and protects ranking, domain authority and overall site health.

• Analytics, log files & analysis: log file analysis, crawl analysis, bot behaviour, indexation reporting, technical anomaly detection working across server logs, CDN logs, crawl tools, Search Console & GA4.

• Redirection management for site migration and platform change management, as required.

KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES

• Site health score, technical issue backlog reduction, organic growth enablement, technical release success rate (QA).

• Indexed pages, crawl efficiency, index coverage, crawl waste reduction, duplicate page reduction.

• Crawl depth, internal link coverage, page authority distribution, organic page discovery.
