UX Designer
We are looking for a user-centred UX Designer to lead and support digital experience improvements within the SEO & Performance function at K3 Advisory Group.
You will be responsible for designing and optimising digital experiences across K3's web estate - from user research and journey mapping through to wireframing, prototyping and working with development teams to implement improvements.
Working closely with the Technical SEO Manager, CRO Specialist, Web Developer, and Performance teams, you will ensure every digital touchpoint is intuitive, conversion-focused and aligned with user needs and business objectives.
This role is aligned to our Kuala Lumpur office on a hybrid workstyle.

Experimentation designs creation to SLAs.

Functional Responsibilities
Website & landing page design - homepage, service pages, industry pages, article pages, blog pages, news pages, campaign landing pages - optimised for SEO + CRO.
Design delivery - wireframing, page design, component design, responsive design, mobile-first design.
Conversion-centred design working with CRO & Performance - CTA placement, form design, content hierarchy, navigation structures, trust signals, social proof positioning, delivering web development releases and CRO test pages.
Design system & component library management - design system creation, component libraries, pattern libraries, UI standards, accessibility standards delivered through documentation, reusable components and UI governance.
Accessibility & inclusive design - WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) compliance, accessibility audits, colour contrast validation, keyboard navigation reviews and screen reader optimisation.
SEO & UX alignment - search intent, content hierarchy, internal linking structures, mobile experience, page speed considerations.
Developer collaboration & delivery - design handover, acceptance criteria, QA reviews, responsive testing, component implementation reviews, delivering annotated designs, developer specs and QA feedback.
KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES
Landing page CVR uplift, bounce rate decrease, engagement on site, form completion.
Quality - design consistency, development efficiency, reduced design debt.
Accessibility - scores, compliance adherence, UX quality improvements.
SEO - organic engagement, technical SEO compatibility, page experience metrics.
